Nearly 1 in 2 Pekin Kids Rely on Snack Packs
Every week, 1,700 Snack Packs help Pekin-area students have food when school meals aren’t available. That means nearly 47% of local students rely on this program for extra food and support.
With the help of our community, we can make sure these kids have something to eat over the weekend.
About Us
Pekin Outreach Initiative is a non-for-profit organization that started in 2012. We work together to unite in efforts towards feeding the hungry, preventing homelessness and assisting those in need. People throughout all walks in life are welcome, and we promote those who are actively willing to get back on track.
